Specializing in:  Grief, Death, Religious Trauma, Deconstruction, and Transition.

I AM A -

-Registered Drama Therapist with the North American Drama Therapy Association.

Drama therapy is an embodied practice that is active and experiential. This approach can provide the context for participants to tell their stories, set goals and solve problems, express feelings, or achieve catharsis. Through drama, the depth and breadth of inner experience can be actively explored and interpersonal relationship skills can be enhanced

-Somatic Therapist.

Trauma touch therapy is a gentle, trauma-informed way to support nervous system regulation through consent-based, non-invasive touch.

-Death Doula.

I graduated from a cohort program run by author and death doula Alua Arthur. I offer many service that fall under this category such as end of life planning, legacy projects, and vigil or ritual planning.

-Ritual maker.

I have been involved in ritual making and meaning-making my whole life.  I collaborate with others and make rituals for change, for grief, for connection, for celebration.  Contact me for more information and lets work together.

-Game Master and designer.

I have run Table Top Role-playing games in a variety of settings both for therapeutic settings and as community building. Mostly DnD and Kids on Brooms, but I am learning more games and designing my own TTRPG about death and grief - updates as they are available!

What informs my practice:

*Two of the most powerful words in the english language are "me too!"

*Everybody is inherently creative. They may not have found their medium, but everyone is expressing and creating all the time.

*Death is certain, and we should talk about it more.

*No one gets to tell you how to grieve.  Evyone is very different in their life with grief.

*Grief is not a problem to solve, or something to "get over".  Grief is a new organ that lives in your body now.  We learn to dance with it.

*Therapists should be tearing down the systems that harm people, as well as helping the people harmed.  If you are only doing the latter, you're not doing the full work.
