Virtual sessions - 

Session are conducted virtually via zoom on a secure server.  You can be anywhere, I can be anywhere and we can still connect.  The internet is amazing sometimes.

Minecraft Sessions -

Virtual session offered on a private Minecraft server, we can build an house, raise cows, or go on a mining adventure while we tackle whats happening in your life.

Support groups (chronic Illness & grief) - 

Groups run year round and are meant to bring people with similar experiences together.  Chronic Illness support and Grief groups are always available. Virtual and In-person, use the contact form to reach out and see what groups are currently running.

Walk & Talk Session - 

Virtual or in person, get your sneakers on and take a walk while we chat and move through life.

In-Person - 

KC locals can choose this option to have sessions in person.

Death Doula - 

Whether it's preparing for end-of-life conversations and paperwork, or walking alongside someone who is currently dying, I offer a variety of services and help for you and your family.  Use the contact form to reach out.


Ritual Creation - 

Celebrations, transitions, beginnings and endings - everything can be shaped, supported, or closed with ritual.  If you're looking for something specific contact me and we can get started.  I have been creating rituals in my life since I was little - let me help you find your creative spark.
